This 8-course meal includes appetizers featuring oyster shigure and conger eel bone crackers, three kinds of sashimi, charcoal-grilled Hiroshima aged chicken, and fried Hiroshima oysters.To finish off the meal, we have prepared eel rice bowl in the style of Hitsumabushi.It's also recommended for seasonal banquets and meals with guests from outside the prefecture.
